As a business supplying other businesses we understand the little things that help make everything run smoothly, which is why we’ve made working with us as simple and as convenient as possible.

Here’s a list of what you can expect from our team - and if at any time you feel like we’re not meeting your expectations, then make sure you let us know so that we can put it right!

It’s the little things that make a big difference.  

  • Flexible Delivery: Everything within our brochure is held in stock. You can order as many or as few items as you wish at all times, giving you greater stock control. If you require larger volumes of individual items then we operate a lead time of 6-8 weeks on bulk orders. 

  • Minimum Order: We understand that flexibility is key in today’s changing world. For this reason we do not have a minimum quantity or minimum value on stock orders.

  • Fast Turnaround: We pride ourselves on achieving a fast turnaround on all orders and will handle urgent requests as efficiently as possible. Please don’t be afraid to ask if you need something quickly as we’ll do about best to help.

  • Exporting: Our export team are experienced in international sales and understand the necessary administration involved of the movement of goods around the world, so we can support your business wherever you are.

  • Quality Assurance: Quality is a priority for us. Our aim is to exceed your expectations and ensure you receive products at a consistently high quality level. We are able to achieve this through continuous process management and working closely with our material suppliers.

  • Ethical Working Practices: Our factory is regularly audited, to ensure the we continue to meet the SMETA best practices in all of the follwing: Labours Standards, Health and Safety and Environment and Business Ethics. 
  • Marketing Support: Our marketing department is here to help with any additional support you may require. Product, lifestyle and studio imagery is available for your use. Please contact us via email or call us on +44(0)1933 461645 to discuss your individual requirements. 

  • Made To Order: We offer a complete bespoke design and manufacturing service from conception through to sampling and testing. Whether you wish to develop your own designs, or commission custom designs through us, we will work closely with you to make your ideas a reality. Alongside the product we can also assist with the development of packaging, which can be personalised to meet your individual brand requirements.

  • Customer Service: Customer care is a given within the Elizabeth Parker team. We like to treat our customers the way we wish to be treated ourselves, so you can guarantee we’ll always go the extra mile to provide the highest standard of service whatever the situation.
